MERRY CHRISTMAS AND A HAPPY NEW YEAR~

Ariel

As promised... The Trip to Ipoh + Taiping~ :)

Well, this time I'm gonna share thing about the trip to Ipoh and Taiping on 13~15 Dec~ :D

Actually, at the start, the trip was planned to go to Kuantan instead of Ipoh and Taiping. But due to the flood in Kuantan, we had to change the venue at the last minute...

So we started our trip on 7 a.m in the morning on 13th of Dec...

Our first stop was at "temple"...
The head of the temple told us about ancient buddhist culture...
And as the "temple" was located at a place that's very remotely situated, and was near to nature, sometimes the roaring of tigers are heard and wild boars are seen sometimes...

Then we were lead to look around the "temple"...
A great view from the top of the building... Nice right?

Shifu also took us to a nearby waterfall at Hutan Lipur...
A photo of All of us + Shifu... (Peace... ^^V)
Then we soak our legs in the irresistible cooling water... X)
We didn't had a chance to dip our whole self in as shifu told us that some parts are dangerous... :3

Lunch time...
We ate something special... Curry Bread...

Before it was open...
After it's open...
P/S :If you see clearly, you will see the bread outside the paper... ^^
Ta-da... Yummy... :)

Then we went to the nearby Tesco to buy some ingredients for the next night dinner...
And after getting our things, we went to check out the homestay we were going to spend two nights in...
This little piggy can't wait to sleep first... Haha...

We had dinner next... we were separated into 4 groups, each group given RM50:00 to spend...

Group 4
Group 3
 Group2
Group 1
And of cause Teachers Group... XD

14th Dec (2nd Day)
As you can see the sky was not fully bright yet, all of us were still sleepyheads...
So, morning exercise was arranged for us...

Then we walk to our bus to go for breakfast...
But...............
It was suck in the earth it was parked last night, so we had to walk to the coffee shop nearby to have breakfast...
Below: The "tracks" left behind... :3

Then we headed to Taiping...
First stop, the zoo...(It writes: Welcome to Taiping Zoo & Night Safari)
The Orang Utans were quite fat and old...
Alligator (If you look carefully, there's BLOOD between its teeth... Gosh...)
Did you guys know that there is a difference between African and Asian lions?
And sun bears are also called as honey bears ?

Then we had our next activity at the grassy land besid Taman Tasik Taiping...
But, unfortunately, it started to rain...
Luckily there was at hut nearby, and we all squeezed into it...
To make us not so bored, some guys put up a "rain modelling show"... Lol...
When the rain stopped, we still had time for one activity...
We called it the electricity passing...
Only the first person is allowed to keep their eyes open while the game master tosses a coin...
If it is heads, then the first person has to squeeze the hand of the person next to him/her...
Then when it reaches the last person, he/she has to run to the end to hold up a bottle, then victory is theirs...
Then we went back to our homestay to have our steamboat...
Looks yummy right? It taste yummy too... XD
 Eat while chit-chatting...

What a day for us.
First it was the bus thing, then the rain...
But, everyone was still happy and grateful... :)

15th Dec(Third and Last Day)
We started our journey by going to Gunung Lang
We took a boat ride to the island in the middle of this place...
We had some games in one of the wooden houses in the island...

The next destination was "Ji Le Dong"
Many sculptures were seen on the way into the cave...
See the paris tower?
 The Twin Towers...
 The Great Wall of China...

Then we continued our journey back to klang...
We reached around 11:15p.m...
Everyone was so exhausted ...

THE END
